We only serve resellers!

CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

We only serve resellers. To purchase from our company, you need to fill in a registration form, for which we need a copy of your company registration or entrepreneur's certificate. (The activities must include the distribution of motorcycles or bicycles and the distribution of spare parts.)
If you wish to distribute motor oil, please send us your Operating Licence and the completed Declaration, which you can download by clicking here!

- INTERNET: Log in to the www.moped91.com webshop with your customer code and password and place your order online.
- FAX: The fastest way to send us your handwritten order is to fax it to 24/492-201.
- IN PERSON: If you prefer to buy in person, come to our central warehouse - 2330 Dunaharaszti, Jedlik Ányos u. 8. - where our sales staff will help     you with professional knowledge to make your choice!

ORDERING INFORMATION:
Through our tour service, Moped 91 Ltd. delivers the ordered parts once a week free of charge.
Orders for next day delivery can be fulfilled until 12.00 noon on the day of delivery.
The minimum order amount for Moped 91 Kft's own delivery is 30.000,- Ft
If the order amount does not exceed the minimum order amount, we can only ship by parcel delivery.
The deadline for receipt of orders for same day parcel delivery is 12.00 noon.
We are able to deliver a replacement order if it arrives before 14.00.
Payment and discount according to the cooperation agreement.

PARCEL DELIVERY CHARGE WITH PARCEL SERVICE

The service fee is paid by the customer per parcel according to the table below:

Payment information

For new partners, the first 3 purchases must be made in cash or by credit card on the spot. The amount of the first purchase includes a minimum net order of more than 50.000 Ft.

Payment by bank transfer is subject to the conclusion of a bank transfer contract, which can only be validated after the 3rd purchase at the earliest and only for orders with a net value of more than HUF 30,000. The first payment by transfer may not exceed 50% of the amount of the previous cash purchases. The payment term is 10 days, further discounts are subject to individual agreement.

Our company reserves the right to withhold the transfer discount in case of non-compliance with the payment deadline until the invoice and the interest on late payment have been settled, and may also refuse to serve the customer. Until the invoice is paid, the goods are the property of Moped 91 Kft.
