• Events

The processing of data of participants of events organised by Moped 91 Ltd is always based on voluntary registration. Event registration is not linked to any other data.
During the entire duration of the event, photographs, video and audio recordings will be made by a photographer and videographer commissioned by the organiser. By registering for and participating in the event, the participant gives his/her consent to the taking of photographs, video and audio recordings of him/her at the event, and gives his/her consent to the unrestricted use of these recordings by the organiser or its authorised user, provided that he/she has no legal claim whatsoever in connection with the photographs, video and audio recordings and their unrestricted use. If the participant has any objection to this, he/she shall notify the organiser immediately before the end of the event. You may publish photos, video and audio recordings of the event on your website and social networking sites.

Use of Google Adwords conversion tracking

The data controller uses the online advertising program "Google AdWords" and makes use of Google's conversion tracking service within its framework. Google Conversion Tracking is an analytics service provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google").
When you access a website through a Google ad, a cookie is placed on your computer for conversion tracking. These cookies have a limited validity and do not contain any personal data, so the User cannot be identified by them.
When the User browses certain pages of the website and the cookie has not expired, Google and the data controller can see that the User has clicked on the ad.
Each Google AdWords client receives a different cookie, so they cannot be tracked through AdWords clients' websites.

It is forbidden to change or republish information, articles, images from us in any form. We will enforce our rights, if necessary, even in court.
Registration on our sites is only possible by accepting our privacy policy, which the registrant is deemed to have accepted and agreed to.
